Greater attendance does not necessarily ensure a higher standard of education as there are always some children who simply do not want to learn and consequently often end up being a disruption to others. However, I do agree that one of the guiding factors in determining who is entitled to welfare payments should be based on school attendance, why should anyone benefit financially if they are not willing to make any effort in life! | |
